7. The cooling fan should be properly installed with proper orientation to ensure that the condensed water can be effectively discharged from the cooling fan. The support must have enough capacity to accept the weight of the cooling fan itself, the weight of the injected refrigerant and the weight of the external surface of the coil. If possible, it is recommended to use the lifting equipment to lift.

8. Please confirm that the installation of the drain pipe meets the HACCP of food and the corresponding safety specifications. The material can be copper pipe, stainless steel pipe or PPR pipe, depending on the customer. For low temperature applications, heat preservation and heating wire should be provided to avoid freezing of drain pipe. It is recommended to install the drainage pipe with a slope of 1:30. The size of the drain pipe shall not be less than the drain outlet of the water receiving tray of the cooling fan. All condensed water drainage pipes must be equipped with U-bend to avoid outside air and odor entering the cold storage, and must not be directly connected with the sewage system. All U-bends are placed in a warm environment to avoid freezing. It is suggested that the length of the drain pipe in the cold storage should be as short as possible.

9. The air outlet of the cooling fan should avoid the beam and column, at least keep a certain distance to avoid affecting the scope of the cooling fan.

10. in order to ensure the cooling effect of the cooling fan, the thermal expansion valve shall be installed as close to the distributor as possible.

11. Place the temperature sensing package of the thermal expansion valve on the upper side of the suction pipe ° Horizontal direction, and the direction close to the suction header (15mm ~ 50mm at the outlet of the cooling fan is better). In order to achieve good operation, it is necessary to ensure good operation between the temperature sensor and the suction pipe, and good thermal touch between the temperature sensor and the suction pipe. The placement of thermal expansion valve and temperature sensor should follow the manufacturer's instructions. Incorrect installation can lead to poor refrigeration.
